Do Whitney Brothers® cribs meet current CPSC regulations?

Yes!  All crib models manufactured after January 1, 2011 have a Certificate of Compliance from Bureau Veritas. Download a copy of the certificate.

If I own a crib made before January 1, 2011, when do I need to replace it?

The CPSC requires childcare centers, hotels, churches, rental companies and places of public accommodation to have cribs compliant with the new federal regulations in place by December 28, 2012. For more information, visit the CPSC website.

What is your standard lead-time for order fulfillment?

In-stock items ship within 48 hours or less. Out-of-stock items ship within 2 – 28 days.

How do I find out about the stock status of a product?

Where are your products made?

We make everything except blocks and rockers right here in our Keene, NH manufacturing facility, an historic four storey brick factory built before the American Civil War. Inside is a sophisticated lean manufacturing organization brimming with state of the art CNC machinery and equipment.

What materials and finishes are used in your products?

Most of our products are built in beautiful, durable birch plywood or warm solid maple sourced from responsibly managed and sustained forests. We also offer the option of melamine laminate or colored stain on certain products. All the wood products we manufacture are GREENGUARD® Gold certified so you can feel confident about their superior safety, high quality and contribution to a healthier indoor environment for children. The smooth protective finish applied to our products is a durable non-toxic natural UV lacquer made in the US that’s also certified antimicrobial and GREENGUARD® Gold Certified. What is your warranty?

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a Limited Lifetime period from the date of shipment. Download a copy of the warranty.
